Associate Professor Xue, graduated from the school of food science and technology of Huazhong Agricultural University at June 2004, was mainly engaged in researches on the application foundation and process development about molecular nutrition, environment correlative dietology, functional food and other fields. He had been responsible for four national and provincial level projects, and more than forty SCI papers were published in journals such as J AGR FOOD CHEM, FOOD FUNCT, FOOD RES INT. Besides, a number of Chinese invention patents were authorized. He won multiple awards, including the Hubei science and Technology Progress Award, and the Science progress award of the Ministry of Education.
