吴文清，天津大学管理与经济学部教授，博士生导师，天津大学青年社会创业中心副主任，天津市技术经济与管理现代化研究会副秘书长，天津市创新创业教育特色示范课程和一流本科建设课程负责人。吴文清教授的研究方向为公司财务与创新、创业金融、创新与创业管理、投融资决策、风险投资、技术经济及管理等。吴文清教授主持了包括3项国家社科基金项目、首批国家级新文科研究与改革实践项目在内的10余项国家和省部级基金项目，主持完成了天津大学首个优秀结项的国家社科基金项目；在相关研究领域发表学术论文80余篇（其中SSCI/ABS检索论文30余篇），包括Journal of Business Research 、Journal of Technology Transfer、 Scientometrics、Internet Research、Information Processing and Management、《系统工程学报》、《管理科学》、《管理学报》等国内外高水平期刊；出版《创业孵化集聚、效率与网络发展研究》、《科技企业孵化器与创投合作治理及政策研究》、《创业孵化内外部网络协同及跨层次治理研究》等多部著作；获得包括天津市社会科学优秀成果一等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖在内的省部级科技奖励7项，其中一等奖2项（第一完成人和第二完成人各一项），二等奖2项，三等奖3项；获高等教育天津市教学成果二等奖。

吴文清教授为国家社会科学基金项目评审、成果鉴定专家，国家社科基金后期资助项目、国家社科基金优秀博士论文出版项目评审专家，教育部一般项目评审专家、后期资助项目成果鉴定专家，人社部首届博士后创新创业大赛总决赛评委。吴文清教授担任JOEUC(SCI/SSCI Q1)、CERA(SSCI Q3)两个知名国际期刊副主编(Associate Editor)，JMIR mHealth and uHealth（中科院1区）国际期刊分区编辑/客座编辑（Section Editor/Guest Editor），JPH(SSCI Q1)、FIP(SSCI Q1)、WCMC(SCI Q3)、JAT(SCI Q3)、《天津大学学报（社科版）》等期刊客座编辑。
