天津大学建筑工程学院副院长、水利工程仿真与安全监测教育部工程中心主任，教授、博导，入选国家重大人才工程计划。

        主要从事水利工程智能建设与智慧管理的教学与科研工作。国家一流本科课程负责人，获教指委水利专业教学成果一等奖1项。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、国家重点研发计划课题2项，参与国家自然科学基金创新群体、973项目等。获省部级科技进步一等奖2项，中国大坝工程学会科技进步特等奖4项、一等奖1项，水力发电学会科技进步一等奖1项。参编水电工程、大坝工程领域首部智能建设规范《水电工程智能建造技术通则》、《大坝工程智能建设技术导则》。
