任炳昱，天津大学英才教授，国家级青年人才，博士生导师。从事水利水电工程仿真与智能建设方面研究，近五年主持完成国家优秀青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目子题等3项，主持在研国家重点研发计划项目、教育部学科先导项目子题、天津市重大专项项目等3项，总项目经费5000余万元。发布水电工程智能建造领域行业标准2项，发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCIE收录35篇。曾获国家优秀青年科学基金资助，获天津市青年科技优秀人才称号，获省部级科技进步特等奖3项、一等奖5项，获全国水利行业首届BIM大赛金奖。在国际国内学术会议和论坛作报告10余次，兼任中国大坝工程学会青年工作委员会副主任委员、黄河研究会理事、中国大坝工程学会智能建设与管理专委会委员等。
