Zhang Liang received the M.S. and the Ph.D degree in School of Mathematics from Tianjin University, China in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Currently, He is a lecturer in School of Marine Science and Technology from Tianjin University. His research interests include marine data analysis, marine geodesy and linear dynamics.
