Research Interests
- 课题组近几年主要基于严重创伤后无菌性炎症与固有免疫反应,利用细胞、类器官、模式动物等模型研究灾难事故中特有的爆震伤、挤压伤与挤压综合征,从分子层面阐释严重创伤发生发展中的肺、肾等多脏器损伤相关模式分子(DAMPs)的相互作用机理,筛选并鉴定灾难事故现场环境下创伤相关多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)早期快速诊断和干预的分子靶点与调控网络,研发灾难事故现场适用的严重创伤及其并发症的快速诊断、损伤控制新技术和新策略。合作团队也涉及精准治疗、AI医学影像等领域。
