王勇强,博导,硕导,英才副教授,入选“中国科协青年人才托举工程”、小米青年学者、天津大学“北洋学者·英才副教授”和科技创新领军人才培育“攀登计划”,IEEE高级会员,中国电子学会高级会员。
长期从事基于集成悬置线(ISL:SISL、MISL、HISL、Si-ISL)异质异构集成电路创新平台的低损耗芯片互连封装和系统集成、高性能微波毫米波电路、高性能自封装射频微系统。发表论文100余篇,受邀主编英文专著1部,授权发明专利30余项。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、联合基金项目任务(合作单位负责人)、装备预研xxx项目等多项国家级科研项目以及研究所企业合作项目10余项,荣获学术荣誉奖项10余项,指导学生多次获得国内外学术奖项和荣誉。
担任《电子与信息学报》编委、IEEE Tianjin AP/MTT/SSC分会副主席、中国宇航学会第七届空间电子学专业委员会委员、“中兴通讯技术杂志社促进产学研合作青年专家委员会”首届委员,担任多个国际期刊审稿人和国内外学术会议分会主席。
