Since March 1997, I have been engaged in the research of functional polymer materials and pharmaceutic adjuvant, including thermo-responsive in-situ hydrogel, polymer nanomaterials, nano-drug delivery and siRNA nano-delivery systems. Our team masters a variety of techniques to prepare amphiphilic copolymers, through which we have successfully prepared a lot of anionic, cationic, amphoteric and non-ionic amphiphilic polymers and their nanoparticles worked as drug carriers. As the leader, I’m in a project of the Natural Science Foundation of China and a sub-topic of 863 research project, meanwhile, a Tianjin Natural Science Foundation project have been finished. I have published 100 papers in Biomaterials, Soft Matter and other SCI journals, among which I was the first author or corresponding author in more than 40 articles. What’s more, a considerable number of patents have been applied and authorized.
