Brief Introduction

Dr Chen  is currently a Lecturer in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering at the Tianjin University. His research focuses on robust control and its application in structural active/semi-active control, and marine environment pollution monitoring. In addition, he is experienced in the design of embedded system such as FPGA, DSP and ARM. He is the chief investigator of the research grants Development of Buoy for the Thickness Measurement for Oil-film over the Sea and principle investigator of three projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
