Brief Introduction
My published papers have been cited for more than 550 times by the papers indexed in Science Citation Index (SCI), and about 500 of which were from the other authors.
Twenty postgraduates obtained MS degree and four ones (one of them from Pakistan) obtained PhD degree under my supervision in the past eighteen years.

- (1) Prep. of novel nanomaterials by physical-catalytic method and their appl. and mechanisms of formation.
(2) Prep. and appl. of aligned carbon nanotubes (CNTs), nanophosphors, CNTs/polymers composites, etc.
(3) Studies on the problems of phys. chem. in the microelectronic devices.
