N. Dong: received her Ph.D. degree in Department of Automation, Nankai University, Tianjin, China in 2011. She is currently an associate professor in School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. She is a member of the China Automation Society for data-driven control, learning and optimization,and member of the China Automation Society for adaptive dynamic programming and reinforcement learning. Her current research areas encompass intelligent control algorithms, heuristic optimization algorithms, neural networks, data-driven control, machine learning and image processing.
