Dr. Tao Guan received the B.E. degree in hydraulic engineering from Tianjin University in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in hydraulic and hydropower engineering from Tianjin University in 2016. Since then he has been a lecturer in school of civil engineering, and has got the mid-level title. His research involves the control of the construction schedule and quality of hydraulic and hydropower engineering. Dr. Guan has participated in a number of scientific research projects supported by foundations or enterprises, and has published more than 10 academic articles in relevant journals.
