[1]       2016 – 2017, in order to support local legislative work, have studied and written "the Tianjin National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Ordinance (Theoretical Draft)" and "the Legislative Reasons (Theoretical Draft)" for the Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and High-tech Zone

[2]        October 2015 participated Cross - Border Cooperation Conference at Matej Bel University, the Slovak Republic

[3]        In 2014 presided over the CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee's "Research on the Improvement of Local Legislative System for Promoting Scientific Legislation and Democratic Legislation" (Tianjin key research projects), The municipal government attaches great importance, and the secretary Sun Chunlan and part of the Tianjin municipal party committee members personally listened to the research results report

[4]        In 2013, in order to support local legislation, have studied and written "the Measures for the Implementation of the Tianjin Emergency Response Law (Theoretical Draft)" and "the Legislative Reason (Theoretical Draft)" for the Tianjin Municipal Government Office
