Laboratory of Micro/Nano Manufacturing Technology (MNMT)
天津大学微纳制造实验室(MNMT)成立于2005年,依托天津大学仪器科学与技术国家重点学科,是精密测试技术及仪器国家重点实验室的主要组成部分。MNMT围绕自由曲面光学、超精密加工与测量、微纳制造技术与智能检测,分别从精度、尺度、形状及材料四个方面开展前沿理论探索和核心技术攻关,具体研究方向包括:

原子及近原子尺度制造(ACSM)
实验室学术带头人房丰洲教授是国际纳米制造学会首任主席,国家973项目首席科学家、教育部长江学者特聘教授、Nanomanufacturing and Metrology主编。实验室有教授2人,副教授1人,讲师2人,博士后2人,在学博士研究生19人,硕士研究生22人。作为项目首席或负责人,实验室先后承担了国家973计划项目、863项目重点研发计划项目、变革性研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级科研项目,并承担了百余项国内外科研院所、知名企业的合作项目,是国际微纳制造研究领域的代表性实验室之一。
