I worked as an associate professor and Master's supervisor since 1998.07. From 2002.03, I entered Tianjin University and studied as a PhD student in school of Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, I stayed in Tianjin University and became a professor in major of Mechanical Engineering since 2008.06. Then the next year I started to work as a Doctoral supervisor.
