Team
酶催化生物制造
主要从事酶催化生物制造过程研究,重点围绕“碳中和、碳达峰”的国家重大需求和国际科技前沿,针对酶催化领域的两个关键问题——活性-稳定性难以高度统一与质-能转化难以高效协同,提出了基于“限域模块”和“供能模块”设计酶催化系统的新策略和新思路,构建了“仿细胞反应器”固定化酶催化系统和“人工类囊体”酶-光偶联催化系统,揭示了清洁能源驱动酶促转化过程中质子-电子-分子传递与催化反应间的协调新机制,实现了淀粉、CO2、聚酯塑料等可再生/可循环碳资源的高效转化。
