Associate Professor in School of architecture, Tianjin University. She is the deputy director of the Urban and Rural Planning Department and head of the Urban&Rural Heritage Conservation and Renaissance Institute, member of China urban and rural governance and Policy Research Academic Committee CACP.

Research direction:

Urban Regenerration, historical and cultural heritage preservation and development, low carbon city and eco city research.

She has presided over or done as a core member in the National Natural Science Foundations (including major projects, projects and youth projects), National Scientific and Technological Cooperation Projects, Natural Science Foundation of Tianjin, Tianjin Urban System Scientific Research Projects, published and presented a lot of academic papers in journals or conferences. Her recent research focuses on city’s spatial evolution followed ecological law, historical area preservation and safety-development, urban renewal in ecological restoration, the relationshio amone historical heritage property owners& government& non-governmental organizations, urban area transformation and regeneration. She has provided consulting services for China Urban Planning and Research Institute, Urban Planning Institute of Tianjin,Urban Planning Bureau of Tianjin etc.
