Yang Jian, Associate Professor with doctoral degree, holding the post of Deputy Secretary General of Judicial Behavior Research Institute of China Behavioral Law Association, Council member of the Commercial Law Branch of Tianjin Law Society. Prof. Yang has participated in one key fund project of China Law Society, one national social science fund project, one Tianjin social science fund project and other four vertical projects; taking charge of three crossing research projects, one project of Seed Foundation of Tianjin University. He published several journal articles including two in SCI journal, two in CSSCI journal, and one in core journal.
