个人简介
于和善,天津大学微电子学院英才副教授,主要研究方向为发挥高通量方法和机器学习的技术特色,围绕后摩尔时代集成电路产业发展的新材料、新原理及新器件开展探索与研究。目前在Nature, Nature communications, Science advances等期刊发表SCI论文30多篇,引用次数900多次;已申请专利2项。课题组具有扎实的研究基础,欢迎电子,材料和物理专业的学生加入。
