于和善,天津大学微电子学院英才副教授,博士生导师,主要研究方向为发挥高通量技术和机器学习方法特色,围绕后摩尔时代集成电路发展的新材料、器件及其集成系统开展探索与研究。目前在Nature, Nature communications, Science advances等期刊发表SCI论文30多篇,引用次数1500多次,同时已申请专利2项。欢迎微电子、物理、材料、计算机和集成电路等专业的学生加入。
