Abstract:As the source of cultural innovation，intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese traditional culture． In 2011，the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Intangible Cultural Heritage has been implemented． It provides legal basis for local administrative protection of intangible cultural heritage． The article has thoroughly analyzed the main problems of local administrative protection of intangible cultural heritage through field research on Tianjin Kuaibaner．
