Zhoumo Zeng received the B.S. & M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering 1982 & 1985 respectively from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the Ph.D. in Precision Instrument and Mechanical Engineering 1993 from Tianjin University. His research interesting areas is mainly on Design and implement of intelligent measurement and control system, Smart structure and applications. He is a member of the IEEE and SPIE, an executive director of CIS (Chinese Instrument and Control Society).
