天津市塑性工程(锻压)学会理事,中国机械工程学会塑性工程(锻压)学会精密锻造学术委员会委员,中国机械工程学会生产工程分会精密装配技术专业委员会委员。 主持国家自然科学基金、863、省部及横向课题20余项,获省部级科学技术进步一等奖二项、国家科学技术进步二等奖一项,在Journal of Power Sources和Science in China等期刊发表论文80余篇,SCI/EI/ISTP收录40余篇,授权国家发明和实用新型专利10余项。 Prof. Lianhong Zhang got his bachelor and master degree on Material Processing in 1982 and 1985 from Harbin Institute of Technology (Harbin, China), Ph.D. degree on Material Processing in 1991 from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China).
Prior to his Ph. D. study at Tsinghua University, Lianhong Zhang worked as an assistant lecturer at Tianjin University for two years (1985.6-1987.8). After graduation from Tsinghua University, he enrolled Tianjin University again as a faculty on positions of Lecture (1991.3-1993.12), Associate Professor (1994.1-1998.12) and Professor (1999.1-present).
Lianhong Zhang’s research interests are sheet forming, forging, mechanical design methodology, fuel cells, and autonomous underwater vehicles. He invented the cross-shear deformation based roll bending process for tube forming. He was a co-developer of the N-TR upsetting process of continuous grain flow heavy crankshaft of diesel engines. In machine tool design, he developed a workpiece precision requirement oriented active design methodology for cost effective precision specification determination of machine tools. In PEM (Proton exchange membrane) fuel cell contact resistance prediction, he developed an effective FE and experiment based semi-empirical modeling method for contact resistance. He was the winner of the China National Science and Technology Award for his contribution in machine tool design methodology in 2013. |
