Huijuan Zhao is currently a professor in Tianjin University, China. She received B.S. and M.S. degrees from Xian Jiaotong University in 1985 and 1988 respectively. She received the Ph.D. degree from the University of Electro-Communications, Japan in 2004. From 1988 to 1999, she did her research at Xi’an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Form 06/1999 to 12/1999, she worked as a visiting associated professor in National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. From 2000 to 2004, she worked as a NEDO Fellow, Special research fellow in National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Tsukuba, Japan.
