Team
互联感知集成电路与系统实验室
互联感知集成电路与系统实验室依托天津市成像与感知微电子技术重点实验室,团队负责人是由“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者、天津大学微电子学院院长马凯学教授担任。团队现有教授5人,副教授5人,副研究员1人,助理研究员1人。其中加拿大工程院院士1人,国家杰青1人,IEEE Fellow 2人,国家级青年人才3人。团队现有设备总价值逾9000万元人民币,拥有国际一流的集微波太赫兹器件参数提取、微电子系统设计、集成系统可靠性测试于一体的科研测试平台;基于介质集成悬置线(SISL)开发并搭建了具有完全自主知识产权的微系统集成加工平台。
团队近年承担/完成包括国家重点研发计划(2项牵头)、国家科技重大专项(1项牵头)、国家自然科学基金重点项目(2项牵头)、863等项目/课题30余项,累计经费超过1亿元。团队在IEEE ISSCC、JSSC、TMTT、TCAS-I、TAP等微波、集成电路领域内顶级期刊、会议累计发表八百余篇高水平学术论文。
