I was an associate professor in the Department of Marine Technology, College of Marine Science and Technology, Tianjin University. I received my bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics in 2012 and Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics in 2017, both from Tianjin University. From 2017 to 2019, I conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Hydraulic Engineering at Tsinghua University.
My research focuses on intelligent marine observation technology, digital twin ocean, smart water management, marine energy technology, sediment dynamics, hydrodynamic regulation mechanisms and material transport characteristics in lakes and reservoirs, dynamic processes and environmental impacts of large estuarine morphologies under human activities, hydrodynamic and ecological process modeling and so on. The findings of these research have been published in leading journals such as Journal of Hydrology, Science of the Total Environment, and Journal of Marine Systems.
I has led multiple national and provincial research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Fund Project, sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation. Additionally, I serve as a Young Editorial Board Member for the International Journal of Sediment Research.
Welcome the undergraduates and graduates who are interested in the fields such as smart oceans, smart water management, marine energy technology, hydrodynamics, aquatic environments, and sediment dynamics to apply for master and PhD student surpervised by me!
