Professor Wang specializes in civil law and commercial law, advertising law, and jurisprudence. His study vision is very broad ranging from contract law/tort law to advertising law to jurisprudence. One of his study focus is the guiding cases in China, the other study focus is legal realism and its localization (for this research a new book is forthcomming). He is an expert of advertising law and is interviewed by various kinds of news paper. He is the author of Civil Liability in the Advertising Law and translator of Karl Llewellyn's The Bramble Bush and Benjamin Cardozo's The Nature of the Judicial Process. In addition to the Selective Topics to the Commercial Law and the Selective Topics in Jurisprudence (for postgraduates), he opens a course named Introduction to the Common Law (in English) to undergraduates. Mr. Wang is an L.L.M of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an attorney licensed to practise in the State of New York, U.S.A and is an abitrator, among the others, to Tianjin Arbitration Commission.
