Recently, the Logistics Department of Tianjin University held a fruit harvesting activity. In this golden season of autumn, nearly 200 teachers and students gathered at the fruit garden in the west of Peiyang Park Campus and had an intimate contact with nature. They also appreciated the arresting autumn scenery and shared the joy of picking fruit together.
The teachers and students who joined in the picking were from more than 20 schools and offices. The organizers of the activity explained the things to note and so the teachers and students were better informed while engaged in the delightful experience.
Moreover, the teachers and students enjoyed themselves among the brilliant red leaves, embellished by the exuberant greenery, the full jujube and the green persimmon, and immersing themselves in the picking. Some brought their families to experience the fun. While picking the fruit, everyone was keen to take pictures of the colorful event.
Delighted laughter filled the one-hour fruit picking activity as teachers and students smiled broadly when holding their fruit, and taking pictures together. Some teachers mentioned that they were very impressed by such a meaningful activity and expected more similar activities from the university.
