On the afternoon of 13 May during the International Workshop on Surface-Earth System Science, Prof. LIU Congqiang and Prof. Harry Vereeckent signed an Agreement for Cooperation on behalf the Institute of Surface-Earth System Science (Tianjin University) and the Agrosphere Institute (IBG-3) of Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH.
The two institutes are going to develop substantial cooperation in terms of faculty/student exchange, joint research (publications, grant applications, and project implementation), access to Critical Zone observatories etc., with the purpose of advancing the surface-earth system science.
