TJU Ranks 50th in QS Architecture/Built Environment Rankings

The 2021 QS World University Rankings by Subjects was released on March 4. Tianjin University ranks 50thin Architecture/Built Environment, securing 71.3 out of 100 scores in the overall parameters of QS World Rankings.

The 2021 QS World University Rankings covers a total of 51 disciplines, and more than 13,000 programs in 1,400 institutions worldwide participated in the ranking. Academic reputation, employer reputation, citation per paper and H-index citations are the four key factors that influence the ranking.

Tianjin University’s School of Architecture is one of the oldest architectural schools in China, with a history of 83 years. Aiming at developing a first-class discipline at home and abroad, the School has made unremitting efforts and gained outstanding advantages in the respects of architectural education, scientific research, international cooperation, and social service.

The school’s teaching quality is well-recognized by international partners which also thinks highly of the school’s extensive and in-depth international cooperation network. It has cultivated many talents with its students winning the most awards in international and domestic competitions and outstanding alumni who created many world-renowned architecture master pieces.
