Yu Ce, Professor and Ph.D Supervisor from School of Computinger Science and Technology, Tianjin University.  He has been working in Tianjin University since 2005, and he is currently an associate professor in School of Computer Science and Technology, Tianjin University. He is the co-founder and the director of "NAOC-TJU Joint Research Center in Astro-Informatics". He received Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Technology from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2009. He worked as a visiting scholar in Illinois Institute of Technology, IL USA, from Sep. 2011 to Feb. 2012. His research interests include high performance computing and massive astronomical data processing, and he is/was the PI of more than 10 R&D projects supported from NSFC, EU FP7, Tianjin government, or other organizations. He is the core member of Chinese Virtual Observatory project, and core member of Chinese Center for Antarctic Astronomy. He went to Kunlun Station at Antarctic as an astronomical scientist with 32^nd Chinese Antarctic scientific expedition.
