Yuefei Wang obtained his PhD degree from Tianjin University, China, in 2015. He is now the professor and assistant Dean of the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology, and the Deputy Director of the Institute of Chemical Engineering, at Tianjin University. He joined the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering and Low-Carbon Technology in 2017, and worked as a visiting scholar in the lab of Prof. Nicholas A. Kotov at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, from 2018 to 2019. His research interests mainly focus on synthesizing biomimetic materials and their applications in drug delivery and biocatalysis.
