个人简介

Guosheng Yi is an associate professor at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University. He received his B.S. degree in automation from Tianjin University in 2010, and received his Ph.D. degree in control science and engineering from Tianjin University in 2015. From 2015 to 2017, he was a postdoctor at Tianjin University. Since 09/2017, he was a postdoctoral associate with the department of biomedical engineering, Duke University, United States. His current research focuses on developing computer-based models of electrical stimulation of the nervous system. His research interests include modeling and analysis of the nervous system, neuromodulatory effects of electromagnetic fields, design of brain stimulation devices, metabolic efficiency of neural activity, biophysical basis of neural coding, nonlinear dynamical theory, and biomedical signal processing.
He has published 35 academic papers in the peer-reviewed journals, including Scientific Reports, Science Bulletin (Chinese), Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience, Frontiers in Neuroscience, Biological Cybernetics, International Journal of Neural Systems, Journal of Computational Neuroscience, Communications in Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation, and International Journal of bifurcation and Chaos, among which 30 papers are included in SCI (26 papers as the first author or corresponding author), 2 papers are included in JCR-1, 10 papers are in JCR-2, and 8 papers are in JCR-3.
