Shengquan Zhou is a postdoctoral researcher/assistant researcher at Tianjin University. His main research areas are MILD combustion of low calorific value gas, control of flue gas pollutants, and optical diagnostics of combustion processes. He has presided over five scientific research projects, including sub-projects of the National Key Research and Development Program, the Youth Project of the Tianjin Natural Science Foundation, and the Open Fund of the National Key Laboratory at the provincial and ministerial levels. He has published 22 academic papers in journals such as Progress in Energy and Combustion Science, Fuel Processing Technology, Fuel, Bioresource Technology, and Biomass and Bioenergy. Among these, he has published 10 SCI papers and 1 EI paper as the first/corresponding author; he has also co-edited one monograph. In 2022, he won the first prize of the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 6/12).
