Jiafei Lyu received her B.S. (2014) and Ph.D. (2019) major in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Tianjin University, School of Chemical Engineering and Technology under the supervision of Prof. Peng Bai and Prof. Xianghai Guo. From 2017 to 2019, She worked in the research group of Prof. Omar K. Farha on the design, synthesis, and application of metal-organic frameworks as a visiting graduate at Northwestern University, USA. After graduation, she started her academic career as an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering under the School of Chemical Engineering and Technology in 2019 at Tianjin University and was promoted to associate professor in 2023. Her work encompasses the design and synthesis of crystalline porous materials and their advanced properties in separation and catalysis.
