Criminal Law Research Center of Tianjin University Law School, head of criminal
law teaching and research group of Tianjin University School of Law.

In recent years as a chief expert
to complete a number of national and provincial and ministerial level projects,
mainly China Law Society major commissioned projects, Tianjin Science and
Technology Development Strategy Project, the National Soft Science Project,
Sweden, Karl Valenberg Human Rights & the Humanitarian Law Research
Institute and the Norwegian Center for Human Rights Research Project, and also
presided over the implementation of the modern system under the enterprise risk
management and prevention countermeasures research, judicial practice case
studies, real estate case studies commissioned by the practical project. In the
Chinese CSSCI journals and core journals published nearly 100 academic papers,
and access to China Science and Technology Law Society, the Chinese Criminal
Law Society and many other scientific research and paper awards. In the field
of real estate published monograph "real estate law",
"multidisciplinary perspective of the land levy system research".

Served as executive director of
Tianjin Branch of China Criminal Law Society, executive director of Tianjin
Branch of China Criminal Law Society, director of Tianjin Branch of China
Science and Technology Law Society, director of Tianjin law Education Branch,
member of Tianjin Branch of China Society of Economic Law, director of Tianjin Branch
of Chinese Procedural Law Society. Served as part-time researcher of Tianjin
Institute of Educational Science.
