制备了系列响应肿瘤特征物质的光动力联合治疗纳米药物,可有效激活瘤内自然杀伤细胞/巨噬细胞/T细胞等,实现肿瘤的有效治疗 - 硒基纳米药物治疗炎症疾病的作用和机制:
基于纳米硒和抗炎中药小分子物质(如多酚等)开发了系列硒基纳米药物,用于调控炎性微环境中的巨噬细胞免疫代谢和分化,实现脑炎,脓毒症和肺炎的有效治疗。
