· 免疫生物学:新型免疫细胞及其标志分子的挖掘及功能研究;先天性免疫调控分子回路的设计及细胞通路重塑;受体靶向型天然及人工佐剂分子的设计及其调控机制。
· 病原致病及免疫机理: 病毒免疫逃逸的先天性免疫机制研究;病毒快速拯救及工程化疫苗研发;病毒致病及抗感染免疫的分子机制。
· 微生物合成生物学:益生菌设计、工程化建造、代谢调控机制及健康重塑机制;资源微生物基因组大尺度改造重建技术;基于工程化酵母、噬菌体、乳酸菌的口服黏膜疫苗研发;预测疫苗学及新型疫苗的设计与智造技术;高通量抗体库的工程化构建、高通量筛选及应用开发技术。
