骆寒冰,男,教授,博导,天津大学船模拖曳水池主任。聚焦国家海上油气能源工程和舰船安全需求,开展浮体水动力性能研究,包括海洋平台安装技术、浮体及系泊系统水动力、舰船结构载荷、船舶动力定位系统控制、水池模型试验及海上现场监测技术等。任国际船舶与海洋结构会议(ISSC)技术委员会专家、水利工程智能建设与运维全国重点实验室固定成员、中国造船工程学会高级会员等。主持国家级、省部级和企业委托科研项目40余项,发表学术论文100余篇,研究成果应用于中国海油、中国船舶集团等央企的重大工程,获省部级科技进步一等奖(排第1)。获国家级教学成果二等奖两项(排第5,6)、天津市教学成果一等奖一项(排第2)。指导学生参加科技竞赛,获全国海洋航行器设计与制作大赛特等奖一项,国际大学生混凝土龙舟邀请赛一等奖两项。
