研究领域为药物传递系统的构建及应用,在脂质代谢相关疾病、心血管疾病、慢性炎症及恶性肿瘤治疗方向开展过多方面探索性研究。先后入选“全球前10万顶尖科学家”,王宽诚教育基金资助青年学者,天津市“青年人才托举工程”,天津市创新人才推进计划青年科技优秀人才,天津大学“北洋学者青年骨干教师”计划。主持或作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金项目、军委科技委重大专项、天津市军民融合重大专项、中英合作项目、天津市自然基金项目等多项科研项目,累计经费300余万;近年来,以唯一或最后通讯作者发表SCI论文60余篇,影响因子超过300,他引共计1800余次,h-index为26,其中40余篇一区文章(影响因子>10文章13篇,ESI高被引论文1篇),包括Adv Func Mater, Biomaterials, Acta Pharm Sin B, Theranostics, J Control Release, Nano Research, Chem Eng J等。参编英文论著7部,获得国家授权专利4项。

- Study on various nanocarrier systems in cancer therapy.

1. Physiotherapy and chemotherapy are employed synergistically to amplify anti-tumor function.
Combination therapies are commonly employed synergistically to
treat high-risk tumors with a goal of total tumor eradication. -
2. Multi-functionalized nanocarriers facilitate tumor targeting therapy.
Nanocarriers were functionalized by various ways to perform efficient tumor targeting and controlled release. -
3. Smart-responsive liposomal system for tumor-specific therapeutics.
Smart liposomal system could receive specific signals broadcasted from tumor cells, thus realize specifically triggered-release.
