冯海洋，天津大学管理与经济学部信息管理与管理科学系副教授，国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者(2020，信息管理与电子商务)。2014年毕业于天津大学管理与经济学部，获管理学博士学位，2016年至今任教于天津大学管理与经济学部。2014年至2015年于美国爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究领域为平台商务模式与策略、信息系统经济学、商务大数据分析。

冯海洋博士近年来在MIS Quarterly，Decision Support Systems，International Journal of Production Economics， Computers & Industrial Engineering，Computers & Operations Research，等国际期刊发表多篇学术论文。获得2018年中国信息经济学会青年创新奖，天津大学“北洋青年学者——骨干教师”。
