个人简介
Xuesong Cheng received his B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Department of Civil Engineering from Tianjin University in 2008, 2010 and 2013, respectively. From 2011 to 2012, he did his research at Engineering Department, Cambridge University as a visiting student with the scholarship award from China Scholarship Council (CSC). From 2014 to 2016, he did postdoctoral work at Tianjin University. Then he became an associate professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Tianjin University from April, 2017.
His research interests mainly include: (1) Stability and progressive collapse analysis of deep excavations; (2) The application of artificial recharge in deep excavation engineering; (3) Control of the effect of deep excavation on adjacent infrastructures; (4) Novel and economical retaining structures of deep excavation; (5) Leakage disaster and progressive collapse of shield tunnels.
