Brief Introduction
Wei Chen received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2000, 2003, and 2006, respectively.
In 2006, he joined Tianjin University as a Lecturer, where he has been an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical and Information Engineering since 2009.
