Chung-Ming Own, he received the Ph.D degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering in 2005. From 2007 to 2012, Dr. Own was the Associate Professor of the Department of Computer and Communication Engineering of St. John’s University in Taiwan. In 2013, Dr. Own accepted the research professor position in School of Electronical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, U.S.A. Till 2015, he moved to China, and accepted the teaching position in School of Computer Software, Tianjin University, Tianjin China.
