高镇,河北省张家口人;分别于2005、2007、2011年于天津大学获得学士、硕士和博士学位,并于2008.10~2010.11在美国佐治亚理工学院学校;2011.7~2014.12在清华大学从事博士后研究;2014年12月至今在天津大学任副教授。主要研究方向为无线通信、软件无线电和容错信号处理。2015年至今主持国家自然科学基金1项、军队预研课题1项、军队横向课题2项、企业横向课题2项。近五年以第一或通信作者身份发表SCI论文12篇,申请专利7项。2016年入选天津大学“北洋学者-青年骨干教师”。IEEE会员、IEEE ComSoc会员、中国电子学会高级会员、Open5G联盟天津大学负责人;担任审稿人的期刊包括IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integrations、IEEE Transactions on Circuits and System、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing、IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science等;担任多个学术会议的分会主席或TPC成员,包括WCSP 2014、WCSP 2015、CROWNCOM 2015、ISCIT2017等。

- 容错信号处理。主要针对星载平台上信号处理的可靠性问题,研究主要通信信号处理模块的高效容错方法。
- 基于软件无线电的无线通信系统设计与开发。
目前已经基于 Zynq7000+AD9361的软件无线电平台开发了多套针对天通一号卫星系统的终端原理样机。
