Dr Guo Hulun is an associate professor within School of Mechanical Engineering at Tianjin University. He received a Bachelor’s degree from China University of Petroleum, a Master’s Degree and PhD from Harbin Institute of Technology, respectively. During in TJU, he has also worked in City University of Hong Kong as a visiting scholar. His research interests cover linear/nonlinear vibration of structures, nonlinear suppression of structural vibration, dynamics of composite structures, flutter of fluid-structure, rotor dynamics, and dynamic modelling and numerical simulations by element free method. He has published more than 30 international journal papers, and accumulated more than 200 independent citations.
