Jiajia Jiang(1986-), Ph.D., lecturer, master tutor and doctoral associate tutor of Tianjin University, was selected as the "Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program" by China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and selected as the third level of the "131" Innovative Talents Training Project of Tianjin City. He was selected as "Beiyang Scholar • Young Backbone Teacher" by Tianjin University and won the "National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation" of China Instrument and Control Society in 2016.
   He is a Committee Member of the Youth Working Committee of China Instrument and Control Society, Member of IEEE, Member of Chinese Society for Measurement, Member of The Acoustical Society of China, Member of China Society of Image and Graphics, Technology Commissioner of Tianjin Meiteng Technology co. LTD, Senior Member of Academician Workstation.
   As a Principle Investigator, he presided 1 research project of National Natural Science Foundations of China, 1 research project of TianJin Natural Science Foundations of China, 6 provincial and ministerial level projects, 2 enterprise projects and 1 school-level key pre-research project. As the first participant, he participated in 1 Tianjin Marine Economic Innovation and Development Zone Demonstration Project and 12 enterprise projects. As other participants, he participated in multiple National and provincial level projects and multiple enterprise projects. He has published more than 20 academic papers at academic journals and international conferences. Up to now, the total cited times of his paper is 61 (from Google Scholar), with the highest cited 27 times for a single article, which was rated as the most popular paper by the IEEE Sensors Council in July 2013. He has obtained 13 invention patents and 20 utility model patents. He won the "PhD National Scholarship" twice and received the "Outstanding Ph.D. Thesis Fund" of Tianjin University in 2013. He won the "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award" of Tianjin University in 2015. He guided undergraduate students to win the second prize of the National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest in 2015. He was awarded the title of "2016 Outstanding Undergraduate Graduation Design Instructor" and won the "Tianjin University Shen Zhikang Award" and so on.
   He is the reviewer for more than 10 SCI journals, such as IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Signal Processing Letter, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement, Multidimensional Systems and Signal Processing, Digital Signal Processing, Circuits, Systems & Signal Processing, IET Signal Processing, Review of Scientific Instruments, Electronics Letters etc.
