JINCAI LI, Associate Professor of Food Science. Received his Ph.D. in Agriculture from Gifu University, Japan in 2001. After completing his postdoctoral study with Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Fellowship in 2003, he joined Tianjin University. He mainly focuses on horticultural plant cultivation and stress resistance physiology researches. His main teaching responsibility is food safety and quality control.
