Xiaoquan Lu is currently a professor, Doctoral supervisor, and Dean of the school of science in Tianjin University, China. He received his PhD degree from Zhongshan University in 1997 and the major is analytical chemistry. He was employed as Ministry of education "chang Jiang scholars award scheme" distinguished professor in 2012, and also a expert of "national million talents engineering ".
