Xinhe Miao
 is an associate professor at School of Mathematics of Tianjin University. I received his M.S. degree in  Department of Mathematics of Tianjin University in 2003, and obtained Ph.D. degree in Institute of Systems Engineering of Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2010. From 2010 to 2011, I was a research fellow at  Department of Mathematics of National Taiwan University. I main scientific interests are in the field of conic complemetarity problems, conic optimization problems and neural network, etc.
