Yaohong Wang received his B.S.(2003) from Fudan University and Ph.D.(2010) from Florida State University. Before Joined Tianjin University, he did his postdoctoral work at University of California Santa Barbara(2011-2013) and University of Pennsylviania(2014-2016). His research interests are developing numerical methods related but not limited to level set, volume of fluid, immersed boundary method and fluctuating hydrodynamics with application to multiphase flow and fluid-structure interaction problems. His work is strongly motivated by specific problems in fluid dynamics, soft condensed matter physics and biophysics.
